We offer 24/7 live operator answering services, backed by stable infrastructure and extensive back-up for power, internet and phones to ensure excellent and reliable communication around the clock. Further, we provide CCTV cameras to enable clients to view activities in the operator room and an audio recorder for Quality Control and Assurance.
We bring together the expertise of an experienced force of human capital to our clients to implement and maintain their outsourcing needs. Currently we have around 25 operators working in 3 shifts. These operators include shift supervisors & senior operators. Our ongoing training program not only is highly effective but also incorporates evaluating fresh talent to be hired in the future.
